You are warmly invited to join us for a wonderful evening of wine and cheese followed by a public lecture by Prof. John Walton, one of the world’s most distinguished Old Testament Scholars.

Prof John H Walton is an Old Testament scholar and Professor at Wheaton College. He was a professor at Moody Bible Institute for 20 years. He specializes in the Ancient Near Eastern backgrounds of the Old Testament, especially Genesis and its creation account, as well as interpretation of Job. John’s publications include:

• The Lost World of Adam and Eve

• The Lost World of the Israelite Conquest

• The Lost World of the Flood

• The Lost World of the Torah

Wine and cheese (7-7:30pm) will be followed by a public lecture (7:30-8:30pm) and question time (8:30-9pm).
