All are welcome to this St Francis Theological College lecture in the Mission and Ministry Research Seminar Series. The Ven Sophie Relf-Christopher will present a lecture on “Optimising Diocesan Organisation Culture - a case study from the Diocese of Adelaide".

The lecture uses data gathered from the Diocese of Adelaide for her Masters of Theology thesis and the findings for Adelaide will be unpacked in a short and punchy lecture that will give time for participants to drill down into potential local dissonance between diocesan culture perceived, and diocesan culture preferred. This seminar will include helpful suggestions around the kind of cultural mechanisms that facilitate the health and harmony all dioceses seek.
