In this leadership module, MHPL Youth Ministry Consultant, Peter Dutton will take us through what it means to be Growing as a disciple .

MODULE OVERVIEW

Growing as a disciple is at the heart of our approach to leadership development. Why? Because we long for our leaders to not simply be focused on activity for Jesus but, first-and-foremost, intimacy with Jesus. This is the first – of two – core modules of leadership.local (the second core module is "Leading from Strengths").

This leadership workshop is designed for everyone who leads in some way in Youth Ministry.

The general format of the day (subject to change):

9:30 AM - Welcome

9:45 AM - An overview to leadership.local

10:15 AM - Approach to the discipleship of leaders

10:45 AM – Morning tea

11:15 AM - How to develop a discipleship plan

12:15 PM - Notices/Prayer

12:30 PM - Finish, followed by Lunch in Milton for those that want to join.
