Our first in-person seminar for 2021, presented in association with St Francis College and Brisbane School of Theology was given by Michael Raiter.
Michael Raiter spoke on The Power of the Song. He writes “Christians sing. It’s one of our distinctives. Why do we sing? Why is it an important part of our communal worship? How we can we rejuvenate congregational singing?”
Michael is a Christian preacher and trainer of preachers and a former principal of the Melbourne School of Theology in Melbourne, Australia. He is also the author of a number of books, including Stirrings of the Soul, which won the 2004 SPCK Australian Christian Book of the Year Award. Michael has also been a missionary in Pakistan.
